I’m pretty sure that last time I saw this one it wasn’t in production yet. Now it’s available at ThinkGeek: External USB SATA Drive Dock. With a list price of 49$ it’s a cheap solution to get massive amounts of storage.

Since I tend to collect huge amounts of image files (I can shoot 4-6GB on one session), I need storage and backup. This solution makes it easy enough to maintain both the photo files and offsite backups at a reasonable price point considering the photography isn’t more than a hobby for me.
